Most orders are shipped no later than the next business day after your order is received and successfully processed. If you are located in the USA, your package will be delivered by UPS unless otherwise requested. Regular (ground) shipping generally takes about 1 week but can take longer during peak holiday shipping times or if you live in a rural area. Our express shipping option typically takes 2-3 business days. Overnight / Next Day shipping is available to most areas - please call us toll free at 1-866-376-2690 if your would like to schedule an overnight shipment or if you would like a rate quote. If you are located in Canada, your package will be delivered by Canada Post, Purolator or Greyhound Courier (door to door delivery) unless otherwise requested. Ground shipments can take as little as 2 or 3 days to destinations in B.C. or 5 to 10 days in other provinces. Our express shipping option in Canada takes 1 to 2 days to reach destinations in British Columbia, or 2-4 days to most other provinces. All orders for Canadian customers are processed in Canadian dollars. All Stiebel Eltron tankless water heaters are carefully inspected and tested (for both heating performance and leaks) prior to leaving the factory to ensure that they conform to the manufacturer's standards. MANUFACTURER'S RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL WARRANTY: STIEBEL ELTRON WARRANTS TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER THAT THE TEMPRA TANKLESS ELECTRIC WATER HEATER WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. SHOULD THE PART(S) PROVE TO BE DEFECTIVE UNDER NORMAL USE DURING THIS PERIOD, STIEBEL ELTRON, INC. WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE DETECTIVE PART(S) ONLY. STIEBEL ELTRON, INC. If in doubt, call us or speak with your electrician. Uninstalled units may be returned for a refund within 30 days of original purchase. A restocking fee of 20% and all original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Please see below regarding return procedure. If you are not able to install your unit within 30 days of purchase due to new home construction or renovation delays, we will generally grant an extension of up to an additional 60 days (90 days from purchase), however, it is critical that you call us in advance to receive approval (sorry, no exceptions). Units that have been installed cannot be returned. In the unlikely event that a Stiebel Eltron tankless water heater does not satisfy your water heating needs, please call us immediately. In most cases, we can identify the problem and quickly solve it. Stiebel Eltron has an excellent technical support resources and warranty department that can resolve any technical problem. Return procedure: It is important that you contact us in advance for a return address and Return Authorization Number (RA#) which we will use to properly credit your account when we receive the returned item. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs to return the product. Return shipments not clearly marked with a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#) may be refused or not properly credited to your account. We recommend that all packages returned to us or the manufacturer be insured and that you obtain a tracking number from your shipping provider. We are not responsible for product lost or damaged while being returned to us for any reason. All refunds will be shown as a credit against the credit card to which the original order was charged. Please allow up to 10 business days for your credit to be processed following receipt of your heater at our warehouse.
