BOSCH Gas Tankless Water Heaters

BOSCH Gas Tankless Water HeaterBosch tankless water heaters are available in both natural gas and propane models. They can be installed as a central system or as a point of use unit for specific applications.

Bosch tankless water heaters heat water entirely on demand, only when it is needed. When a hot water faucet is turned on and the water begins to flow, a sensor detects that hot water is being demanded. The water flows across the internal heat exchanger and exits the unit at the desired temperature. The start-up process only requires a couple of seconds. The tankless water heater will remain on until the hot water faucet is closed. As soon as the flow sensor detects that water has stopped flowing, the gas flow to the unit is turned off completely (excluding the pilot if so equipped).

Bosch offers various models ranging from 40,000 to 130,000 BTU's, providing up to 5 gallons per minute of hot water for residential and industrial/commercial applications. Multiple units can be combined in parallel to handle even larger applications.

Certain models are equipped with electronic ignitions powered by common 'D' cell batteries and therefore can be operated independent of your electrical system and without a standing pilot. This increases efficiency and enables operation even during an electrical power failure! All models can also be equipped with side wall power venting kits (standard on Model WR430-3KVM) for more convenient installations. All units are wall mounted, thereby saving valuable floor space.

Bosch water heaters come with a name that you can depend on and combine unsurpassed quality, reliability, and value to provide the discerning homeowner with the most cost effective and environmentally sound water heating solution available anywhere. Bosch residential tankless water heaters come with a 10 year warranty on the heat exchanger and a 2 year warranty on all other parts. All models are fully approved and certified by CSA and meet the installation requirements of the Canadian Gas Association and the American Gas Association.
