"It was a pleasure doing business with you when purchasing my second American Tankless Water Heater hot water heater (Model 180).

After researching the tankless hot water heaters, I finally settled on a American Tankless Water Heater 180. After working with my plumber, the unit took 20 minutes to install. It was installed where a 50-gallon electric hot water heater was. The unused space can now be used as additional storage, because of the compact size of the American Tankless Water Heater. This unit has been in place for about 3 months and the average water bill decrease is $18.00/month. The average decrease in the electric bill for the same period is $31.00/month.

I have not experienced any problems during the installation of this unit. One suggestion I would make to anyone doing a remodel is to test the water and inspect the supply pipe to the unit first. Older homes may have some build up in the pipes, which could break loose and impede the full use of any tankless hot water heater. One solution is to install a water filter between your supply line and the American Tankless Water Heater hot water heater.

I encourage anyone that is looking for a way to reduce their energy bill, water bill and help conserve energy to research all of the tankless hot water heaters on the market. I'm confident that when you are done, you will find yourself purchasing a American Tankless Water Heater tankless hot water heater. And during your search, you'll also find that E-Tankless.Com has the best price and service on the market.

It all comes down:
Best product @ best price = American Tankless Water Heater tankless @ E-Tankless.Com"

"I purchased the electric model 220 about 3 months ago to use in supplying hot water for the whole house. It has exceeded my expectations, works wonderfully and takes up less space as advertised. Even supplied plenty of hot water during the unexpected Christmas snow we had in South Texas. Just wanted to say Thank You."

We've been using the tankless water heater for nearly 4 years and would never consider going back to the old tank water heater. We've saved so much money while having an endless supply of hot water. I can enjoy my extended hot showers every day without worrying about using all the hot water or about running up the electric bill. A couple of winters back we were without electricity for more than 3 days. As soon as the electric was restored we were able to have hot water instead of having to wait another 24 hours like everyone else. Great invention!

"In December of 1999, after several years renting a conventional gas tank water heater, I began looking for some way to eliminate the problem of running out of hot water. I discovered the American Tankless Water Heater after searching the Internet. Steves home

I purchased and installed the 180 model and immediately began enjoying the benefits. My family no longer had to put up with frustrating hot water depletion problems. In addition, our gas bill dropped significantly, while our hydro bill only increased slightly. We were saving money and we had an endless supply of hot water!!

Recently we renovated our home from a 1000 sq. ft bungalow to a 2600 sq. ft two story. We were so pleased with the American Tankless Water Heater's performance and the savings we were enjoying that we upgraded to the larger 220 to service our new larger home. We rely solely on our 220 for all of our family's hot water needs. There is no hot water tank in our house. At our home, we've gone tankless!!"

The Harmac Operation of Pope & Talbot is a pulp and paper processing facility located on Vancouver Island, just outside of Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada. It is a large and complex facility that operates on 2 shifts 24 hours per day.

Early in 2001, Pope & Talbot was faced with the challenge of complying with a new WCB (Worker's Compensation Board) requirement for supplying tepid water to their Emergency Eyewash Stations located in multiple places throughout the facility.

This presented a big problem. The time, labour, and expense of running hot water lines throughout the facility to supply the Emergency Eyewash Stations was a potentially daunting and expensive undertaking as many of the Emergency Eyewash Stations were located in areas that did not have hot water service.

Derek Hannah, a Project Engineer at Pope & Talbot, set out to find water heater solution for the Emergency Eyewash Station. He realized that it would be too expensive run new hot water lines from their industrial boilers. He needed something that was compact, easy to install and would still fit within his budget. That's when Derek got in contact with the Tankless Water Heater Company.

TWHC offered Derek the ability to install a compact yet powerful unit that could produce tepid water for the Emergency Eyewash Stations using the existing cold water lines that were already servicing the individual stations. The Model 145 from American Tankless Water Heater fit the bill. A small amount of customization at the factory was done to the specification of the client. It did not require the storage of any hot water and has no venting requirements. The Model 145 worked perfectly for the purpose of supplying cost effective hot water in an area that previously did not have hot water service.

The operation is now in a position to fully comply with the demanding WCB requirements to provide the utmost safety in the workplace. This was done using the most up to date technology while providing an efficient and cost effective solution. Pope & Talbot is now looking at the possibility of making this system the standard for all of their facilities.

Science WorldScience World is a hands-on science center located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It is a favourite family and school destination, offering entertaining and educational experiences.

Early in 2000, Science World installed a new gallery for children called "Kidspace". One of the exhibits in Kidspace is called the Water Table. The Water Table allows kids to make dams or float a boat down a stream in order to teach them about water currents. The Water Table was extremely popular but it had one big problem. The Water Table was located in an area of Science World that did not have hot water service. Children would like to play in the table but the recycled water would become quite cool, leading to some pretty cold small hands! There were also two new bathrooms in the area that needed to be serviced with hot water.

Joel Decogolon, Chief Engineer at Science World, set out to find water heater solution for the Water Table and the two new bathrooms. He discovered that it would be too expensive to plumb in hot water lines from their industrial boilers and there was no room in which to store a water tank in the Kidspace area. He needed something that was compact, easy to install and would still fit within his budget. That's when Joel got in contact with the Tankless Water Heater Company.

TWHC offered Joel the ability to install a compact yet powerful unit that could produce warm water for the Water Table as well as provide hot water for the faucets in the washrooms. The Model 180 from TWHC was so compact that it could be installed in the ceiling of the floor below the Water Table. It did not require the storage of any hot water and has no venting requirements. The Model 180 worked perfectly for the purpose of supplying cost effective hot water in an area that previously did not have hot water service.

Testimonial Tidbits

The showers are just perfect and we have so much more space in the utility room as I use it for the nursery when I breed the Boxer dogs. Thank you for the help.

Great customer services is hard to find these days. I am glad there are still companies like yours that take care of the customer. Now I feel even better about my decision to do business with your company.
- Kevin

I am wonderfully impressed by your man Grant. I just had a very long talk with him about heaters, and he was terrific: knowledgeable, patient, sincere, friendly, unbiased- all the things that make it a pleasure to do business with someone. And after spending several days dealing with the scabrous salesmen of other outfits, I know what I am talking about.
- Chris

I am pleased to inform you that after nearly three months of continuous use, between 100-200 showers per day/per unit, your units are still working fine.
